01Agreement
These terms apply when you use the Anystreet mobile game (the “app”), its online services and this website (together, the “service”). By using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02Eligibility and accounts
- The first time you play, the game creates a guest account for your device, so your results, coins and purchases are kept. Add an email and password to keep the same account on other devices. If you delete the app without adding an email, a guest account cannot be recovered.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to have an account. If you tell the game you are younger, it creates no account: you play on your device only, without ads or purchases.
- Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Your display name must not impersonate others or be offensive, hateful or misleading. We may change or remove a display name that breaks this rule.
03Safety first
Your safety matters more than any score. In particular:
- Never use Anystreet while driving, cycling or operating any vehicle or machinery, or in any situation where it could distract you from your surroundings.
- Do not use Anystreet to navigate in real life. Routes and guidance are created for play and may not reflect real road layouts, closures, restrictions, speed limits or conditions.
- Take regular breaks. Stop playing if you feel unwell, dizzy or tired.
04Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the rules of the app store you got it from. We and our licensors keep all rights in the service, including its software, design, artwork and branding.
05Fair play
To keep the game fair and the service available for everyone, you agree not to:
- cheat, or use bots, modified clients or exploits to gain scores, XP, levels, coins, items or rewards you did not earn;
- tamper with, overload or disrupt the service, get around its rate limits or security, or access it through automated means other than the official app;
- reverse engineer or decompile the app, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- access another person's account, or use the service to break the law or harm anyone.
We may investigate suspected breaches and take proportionate action, such as correcting results, resetting progress or suspending accounts.
06Scores, XP and levels
Scores, XP and levels are calculated by our servers and are part of the game. They have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything of value. We may adjust the scoring rules over time, and we may correct results affected by errors or cheating.
07Purchases, coins and subscriptions
- Coins, fuel and items are a licence, not property. They are part of the game and have no monetary value outside it. They cannot be exchanged for money or sold or transferred to other players or accounts. Except where the law requires otherwise, they are not refundable once delivered.
- Payments for in-app purchases are taken by Google Play or the App Store under their terms, and refunds are handled under their policies. Where our web shop is offered, Stripe takes the payment and the refund terms shown at checkout apply. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Drive Pass is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and its benefits last until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- The Road Trip pass unlocks the premium rewards of the current monthly season only. Season rewards you have not claimed when the season ends may be lost. If you already have the current season's pass, buying it again gives coins instead.
- Your right to cancel: if you live in the UK or the EU, you agree that digital content you buy is supplied straight away, and that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once supply begins. This does not affect your rights if something you bought is faulty or not as described.
- Corrections: if a purchase or reward is credited by mistake, or its payment is refunded or charged back, or it was obtained by breaking these terms, we may remove it or adjust your balance. If a purchase does not arrive, use Restore purchases in Settings, or contact us.
- Changes: we may change prices, items and offers in the future. If we ever close the service, we will give reasonable notice and stop selling coins and items first.
08Ads and rewards
The game shows ads from Google between some drives, never while you are driving. Drive Pass, No Ads and the starter pack's ad-free week remove those ads. You can also choose to watch an ad for a reward, such as fuel, double coins or a test drive. The reward is granted once Google confirms the ad was watched, and daily limits apply. Do not try to get rewards without watching the ads, for example with ad blockers, scripts or emulators. Players under 13 see no ads.
09Maps, routes and third-party content
Anystreet uses map, routing and 3D world data from third parties, including OpenStreetMap contributors, openrouteservice, Cesium and, where enabled, Google Maps Platform. Their content stays theirs and may be subject to their own terms. Required credits appear in the app and on our attributions page.
Map data can be incomplete or out of date, so routes may be unavailable, take unexpected paths or end in the wrong place. Journey limits, currently up to 1,500 km and 36 hours of driving, may change.
10Availability and changes
We work to keep Anystreet running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update, change or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control. Online features need an internet connection.
11Ending your account
You can stop using Anystreet at any time, and you can permanently delete your account in the app or on the account deletion page. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or where the law requires it. Where it is appropriate and lawful, we will tell you why.
12Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will meet your needs or that its content, including routes and map data, is accurate or complete. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
13Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the service, including any decision to rely on in-game routes or information in the real world. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Anystreet is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game evolves or the law changes. We will change the effective date above, and if a change is significant we will let you know before it takes effect, for example in the app. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
